A Family Tradition


In February of 1989, Mr Lyndon Piefke established The House of Pie. His vision: a bakery which would satisfy many a customer through the provision of top quality pies and pastries, made with expertise and served with a smile.

Less than 10 years later, the popularity of The House of Pie grew so much that Lyndon decided to keep the doors open 24 hours a day - a move which was welcomed by wharfies, airport workers and local shift workers.

Today, the House of Pie is managed by Lyndon's 3 daughters, Simone, Marnie and Carley. Keeping their father's vision alive, the sisters continue to produce exceptional quality pies and to deliver outstanding service. Testament to the ongoing success of the business, even at the most ungodly hour The House of Pie is rarely ever without a customer.
